CRRRS3005E An error occurred while trying to assign the Internal License
Hello, I installed Jazz Team Server 4.0.4, ran the setup (express mode), I can logon to: https://myserver:9443/jts/admin I got this error (CRRRS5730E Server requires configuration) in the log when trying to logon to: https://myserver:9443/rm In the Page it says: Unable to download rm from my_server. Following the sugestion of one of your team members, I tried to run setup again but I got an error in RM, it says: Error 500: Internal Server Error, Requirements Management/4.0.4.

I read that I have to download this key (https://alm01/rm/trslicensekey), go to Licence adm and upload it. I did it, and asigned the two available licences to my user and to rm_user, but it did not work out. What is wrong? Please, help me... |

I assigned generated and asigned the jts internal license but I had to generate and asign an rm internal license, I did it and it work out fine.

Check in the license administration that the RM Application-Internal has been assigned to the rm_user. If not, check what other user who got it assigned, remove the assignment from that user, and assign it to rm_user.
Also check on the rm.log file for error messages

I am ataching an image that shows the licenses asigned to rm_user, so that you can advice me if I commited a mistake in that configuration.
