RDNG - Why the Content Temporary Directory parameter don't updates when I change this configuration in advanced properties?

RDNG 5.0.2 iFix010 / Linux Red Hat

In my CLM solution, RDNG had the parameter "Content Temporary Directory" on RM advanced properties page set to "server_name/tmp/contentservice".
This week the directory "server_name/tmp" (attention for the point that is different than set on advanced properties) reached the limit of space, which was 3GB, and crashed the application twice. We found many files named "export_XXXXX" as attached picture.

RDNG Content Temporary Directory

We changed the value of property "Content Temporary Directory" to "server_name/rational/jazz_tmp/rm/jts/contentservice", a directory which have more than 1TB free, restarted the application, but the behavior doesn't change, the "server_name/tmp" fills and RDNG is unavailable.

Someone knows what are these files "export_XXXXX"? Why the RDNG doesn't write in correct directory?
