Hi Nilesh,

You may have the work item type configured to be saved only if some selected attributes are unchanged. These settings are under your process configuration. Please refer to the following:


The info center topic describes how to configure read-only attributes for WI type or state. I would check these configurations in your environment. Hope this helps.
