Receiving Error on E-Signature

RTC 6.0.3 ifix 7.0.0

I created an custom attribute for E-signature

I setup the Precondition using verification type approval and Verify workflow action

When I enter a value in the E-signature field and try to save the work-item I get the following error

"An unhandled exception occurred during E-Signature assertion failed."

Does anyone know why I am getting this error?

I'd suggest working with IBM support. You should never get an "unhandled exception" using an out-of-the-box precondition.
