CRRRW7553E error when accessing RRC

Environment : CLM 4.0.3 on WAS V8.5.0.2

I just deployed CLM on WAS.
I haven't done setup wizard yet.
At this timing, I wanted to check if all wars were deployed correctly by accessing URL below;

https://clmapp.example.com:9443/jts/setup
https://clmapp.example.com:9443/ccm/web
https://clmapp.example.com:9443/qm/web/console
https://clmapp.example.com:9443/rm/web

Jts/ccm/qm worked fine, but when I accessed /rm/web, it showed an error saying "An error has occurred while processing a server request. The server returned this error code: 400" and "ID CRRRW7553E  A message that was received from the server indicates an error with no specific handler.
Error: Unable to load /rm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A9443%2Frdm%2Fclientinit&dojo.preventCache=1383826701512 status:400
URL: /rm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A9443%2Frdm%2Fclientinit"

Will this be resolved after finishing setup wizard? Or should I do something at this timing?

Thank you in advance.

Hi

I have a similar issue. RRC worked just fine until some time, when I cancelled an operation in IE 10. From this point in time I get the error code 400 whenever I try to open RRC in IE 10.

It works fine in Firefox and it works fine when I log on at any other PC,

Any idea why?

Thank you, Roland

Hi,
In my situation, the problem occurred at the very beginning of setup.
When I finished setup, it worked fine.

Sorry that my information isn't helpful for you.
