CLM upgraded from 4.0 to 4.0.4, but cannot open/view RRC artifacts

Environment - Linux

I upgraded our CLM from 4.0 to 4.0.4. Now I am not able to open/view any RRC artifacts. I am guessing this is because of the renaming of the Base template. In the upgrade instructions, it does have the following instructions, which is not clear.

"A project template called "Base" in previous versions was renamed to "Requirements Templates for Testers" in version 4.0.4. To continue using this template after upgrade, you must update the lifecycle project templates. For detailed information, see Creating lifecycle projects from a template."

If anyone of you have performed this activity, could you please let me know as to how and what you did.

Thanks for your help in advance.
Suresh

No, that the RRC base template is renamed for 4.0.4 does not influence already created project areas. Any messages in the UI or rm log file when you try to open RRC artifacts?

Below is the UI error

To locate and open a resource you must be a member of the project. Ensure that the project exists. Contact your administrator to make sure that you are a member of the project.

The error in rm.log is
