Why I am seeing the same artifacts two times?

I have a question.

I took following steps and encountered an issue.

1 – Log onto CLM instance for RRC.

2 – Access the Project Area.

3 – “Artifacts”, “Browse Artifacts”.

4 – To left, in pane, please select a view..

5 – “Page size” 20.

6 – Click on “ID” to arrange the artifacts in an order as per “ID”.

7 – Artifact “515” appears twice.

8 – Open both one by one.

Why I am seeing the same artifacts two times?

Which version of RRC are you using? I would also suggest contacting help support as they can help with duplicate artifacts. There have been cases where a second reference to the same artifact is created in the folder from 2 people editing an artifact at the same time. The normal case is that only 1 person should be able to edit an artifact at a time.
