After RRDI Install, Report Studio, but no Query Studio?

I've just installed RRDI 5.0 with JTS, CLM 5.0, DB2 10.5.3, WAS 8.5.5.2, on Windows Server 2008R2.

When the user opens Cognos Connections and Clicks "Launch", only "Report Studio" and "Drill-through Definintions" appear on the list. This user is a Jazz Admin and is using Chrome.

On another installation of the same product set (my "sandbox"), using my ID (also a JazzAdmin) and FF (30.0), I see "Cognos Insight", "Query Studio", "Report Studio", "Drill-through Definintions", and "Cognos Administration".

Any ideas on why the first installation is different, esp. why it's missing Query Studio?

Thanks,
Larry.

Larry,

Chrome is not a supported browser for the Cognos Report Studio or Query Studio functions, so they don't even show up in the browser as options.  The user will need to use a supported version of IE or Firefox to use those functions.

Thanks

Yup. He switched to Firefox, and Query Studio appeared.

Thanks,
Jackie!
