values for "found in"

ross jones (492631) | asked Oct 23 '13, 3:17 p.m.
I am running RTC 4.0.3.
when creating a work item of type task, I am offered a dialog box with several fields, one of which is "found in".....when I look at the values I can choose to populate "found in", I do not recognize those values. ....they are not my time line, not an iteration, not a plan [release or phase]........where do those values come from and how do I change them??

"Found in" should map to releases.

it'd be better if the dialog box was titled, "found in release..."

The whole Found in concept is somewhat lacking IMO.

As it is today, Found in assumes that defects are only going to be reported against builds that have actually been released. If you are under active development and you find a problem in the daily build you can't use Found in (the software hasn't been released yet!) or you have to create a dummy release.
