Can timezone be displayed with all dates?

Can timezone or offset from coordinated universal time (UTC) be displayed with all dates in grids, reports, etc in RTC?

It might be nice to have an option for display purposes, but I'd think I'd prefer the database server timezone instead of the browser's timezone. The actual stored value, should be in the database's timezone (unless it gets into storing the user's timezone gets complicated especially with different DBMSs).

I see BIRT reports are getting timezone per https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=65771.

The various RTC BIRt reports were modified to use a long Date format like: Feb 23, 2009 12:34:59 AM EST

The reports also use server time.

So I guess from the reporting side, things are OK. I am not sure about the other components like Work Items, Agile Planning...
