Upgrade Jazz (JTS+CCM) 4.0.0 -> 4.0.4

I must upgrade the RTC server (that is, JTS+CMM) from version 4.0.0.1 to version 4.0.4.
The server OS is Windows, the back-end database is SQL Server.
In the CLM infocenter I found an interactive upgrade guide for a 3.0.x -> 4.0.x upgrade but I found nothing about an upgrade from a 4.0.x version to another, say 4.0.y.
Has anybody ever done such an upgrade?
What are the main issues to consider?

The interactive upgrade guide for 4.0.4 does contain options for upgrading from 4.0.0.1. See the "CLM 4.0 or any fix pack of that version" radio button.

I havn't done the exact upgrade you are describing, but I have done a number of them on my lab systems. I can say the 4x to 4x upgrades are much simpler than the 3.x to 4.x upgrades were. Actually I think it is the too version that has gotten better so the 3.x to 4.0.4 are probably much simpler than 3x to the earlier versions of 4.x were as well.
