Why is the data snapshot for reports two days old?

Leons Petrazickis (1568) | asked Oct 16 '13, 9:39 a.m.
When I run the Burndown and Burnup reports against my team's project in Jazzhub, they say:

Report Generated Oct 16, 2013 1:38:18 PM UTC
Last Data Snapshot: Oct 14, 2013 5:19:32 AM UTC

Oct 16 is Wednesday, Oct 14 is Monday.

Two days old burndown data is a bit useless when we're doing agile with 1-week sprints.

Is there any way to increase the data snapshot frequency?

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for the details. Unfortunately, neither of those are available in the hub.jazz.net environment.

Hi Leons,
I checked my JazzHub project this morning, and I see that the last data snapshot was Oct 16, 2013 3:46:48 PM UTC.  I'm checking with our team to see what the schedule is.

Hi Leons,
I spoke with my teammates today.  This is a known issue.  They have a fix and are working to verify it and hopefully get it out into production soon.  When the fix goes in, the data snapshots will be taken nightly.
