CRJAZ1752E error during setting up of jts 3.0.1 on ibmi

When I am setting up Jazz team server 3.0.1 under  Finalize application stage at Perform user synchronization display an error  message " unable to perform the user sync operation- CRJAZ1752E- Error 500:premature end of file"

Hi Tusith,
What is the reason you are using old JTS 3.0.1, not e.g. 4.0.4?
Also can you look into jts.log file whether you have any errors?

There is this jazz.net forum which discussed about the same error:

Although there is no solution in the above post, the developer mentioned about communication problem between JTS and the applications registered with it. Please check in the jts.log for errors. If you use proxy, you may want to check the logs on the proxy server as well.
