Although there is no solution in the above post, the developer mentioned about communication problem between JTS and the applications registered with it. Please check in the jts.log for errors. If you use proxy, you may want to check the logs on the proxy server as well.

What is the reason you are using old JTS 3.0.1, not e.g. 4.0.4?
Also can you look into jts.log file whether you have any errors?
