In the build definition, we have set the mapping, but the running build always fail. So I checked the build repository workspace' properties, it shows the no mapping error. 
So the problem seems can not set the repository workspace mapping when set mapping in build definition. 
But no error log records what's wrong. 
Any indicator cause the repository workspace can not set mapping? How can I trace or debug for it?

In this case you have hit a defect in the product as you have over 512 workspaces with library mappings.  See: IBM i Project to Library Mappings do not show up on new workspaces after the 512th workspace (211536)
