IBM RTC 5.0.2 install on Windows 2012 machine Now I want manage as400 source code on it

I have installed IBM CLM on windows 2012 machine 
Data base is SQL server
Application server is Tomcat
LDAP is also integrated 

Now I want to manage source code of RPG and COBOL from AS400 i System to Windows RTC server without installing RDi is it possible or any one done this please let me the solution.
