Bandwidth Management on RTC v4?

I would like to know if in RTC v4 , it is possible to manage bandwidth usage of RTC.
We are encountering slowness everytime there is a user loading a workspace.
It consumes all the available/free bandwidth that's why we are encountering a performance issue.

Is it possible to limit the bandwidth usage of RTC to prevent it to consume all the available network resources?
Is there a specific RTC 4 version that has this feature that can manage network usage of RTC?

AFAIK no.

But you can setup a caching proxy between the users and the server.
This will reduce the network load on the server and maybe also the processor load.

You can also try resolving the issue on network level (limit bandwitch for each user)
