How to create a document using RPE that list all test plans from an RQM project?

I'm looking for a sraightforward explanation for connecting to the correct RQM (4.0.3) schema files and what should I select in order to find and list all test plans and their sections using RPE.

There are some good examples here:

Specifically, RPE_RQM3.zip has a good sample to pull test plan and test case data. I don't believe the reporting schema has changed significantly between 3.0.1 and 4.0.3, if at all, in the areas used in the sample.
