HOw to use Parent child test plan link for reporting

We are using RQM 3.0.1 . I have created 1 master test plan and a chlid test plan under Master Plan. My test cases are under child test plan. When I execute and want to pull out the report , I am not able to pull out from Parent Plan for the test cases executed in child test plan.

PLease suggest,
Also suggest if there is any way to create folder structure in RQM

It is a new feature of RQM 4.0.1 and it just applied to OOTB BIRT reports, please see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/milestones/4.0.1M4?p=news#birt.

I see that we can capture this data now from RQM itself which is awesome! However, how can we capture the data if we are using RRDI? I'm not seeing the same information available. In fact, when I try to run the report, the prompts are not the same!
