1. execute any of the queries from WebUI
2. click the "edit" button (the one with pencil icon) under "Action" title of any returned WI
3. in the inline editor, IE shows only one column but FF shows two.

This is an known issue and a defect targeting 4.0.0.1 has been opened to track: Unable to display the right slot of tab when using the H and Custom Attributes Layout in IE (210359)
