CQ Import Wizard (RTC 4.0.1): Is there a physical log file

Hello,
Besides the Windows ->View -> General -> Error Log, is there a physical log file generated by the CQ Import Wizard?
I found that the zip file created by the wizard has CQ records less than the query's result sets in CQ. I could not see the errors in the above "Error Log" within RTC IDE.
