Installation and Configuration Checklist
Is there a Word/Excel document available that provides a step-by-step breakdown of what's required to install and configure RTC from scratch? I know that the help text (which is quite good) contains a list of sorts, but I'm looking for something I can literally check off one by one along with the customer.
Thanks, Gary

Hello Gary,
I guess there is not single line / link answer to your question.
RTC has many components - Server (Express, Express-C, Standard
editions), Eclipse Client, BuildEngine, CC and CQ connectors, as well as
many environment variations:
- Windows, Linux as OS
- Derby, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL as (local / remote) repository,
- Tomcat, WAS as AppServer,
- MS Active Directory, ITDS as identity management system
This would make it difficult to write / maintain an "All In One" install
/ set-up documentation.
You may find detailed information:
- in the On-Line Help: https://jazz.net/jazzdocs/index.jsp
- jazz.net TechNotes: https://jazz.net/learn/tech-notes/
- IBM Support TechNotes:

Thanks.
Eric.
