How do I switch the RTC Windows Shell to advanced mode?

I have rtc client shell installed.

I want to run in advanced mode.

The instructions I found on the web state that

To switch from Basic to Advanced mode, in the Rational Team Concert Shell – Basic mode window, in the upper-right corner, click Switch to Advanced mode.

I do not see this anywhere on the window. 

How do I do it.

Sorry if this is a duplicate question.  I searched and did not see a solution.

You just have to open the Team Concert Shell - i.e. by right click the tray icon and select "Get Started with Rational Team Concert" or open the windows explorer and click on "Rational Team Concert Shell".
