Details about deleted Work Items

A project had delete work item permission set for a couple of roles, so some one has deleted two Work Items, is there any way I can retrive them? or find out who deleted the work items? RTC version : 3.0.1 Thanks. |

Once a work item is deleted from the repository, it cannot be restored. Also, I'm not sure if there is a way to tell who deleted a work item without some logging enabled.
