Does a chat exist between RTC team members inside CLM itself ?

Hello,
Does sometime find a solution to enable an instant messaging chat between RTC team members ?
It will be great if based on internal team members definition because on my project the team members are not all IBMers.

RTC can connect with several instant messaging systems.

OK, Thanks. I installed openfire 3.8.2 on a server and can successfully use it with my pidgin client BUT it doesn't work through RTC. Because my server is behind a firewall I had to change the Client port to 60011 (instead of 5222) but don't know where to change this setting in RTC. Can someone help me ? Thanks Christine
