Is there a way to partition a project into iterations in Rational Design Manager so users only have to look at what the current review pertains to?

I have created a Team Area under my Project Area with a Timeline under it and an iteration too.. Now how do I associate my design or a review to a particular iteration or even a timeline..
Also I configure my Team Area, how do I upload my designs on to the Team Area and not the Project Area? Is it possible?
