There are a couple defects that prevent an installation of RSA DM, RTC, RRC, and RQM from deploying the Money that Matters sample application. The defects affecting this are:

28706 MTM Installation with dm takes long time

29124 Can't Create MTM Sample

Steps:

1. If you've already tried deploying the sample and hit these defects, the first thing you'll need to do is go into the CCM, QM, RM, and DM apps, rename the projects that were created, and archive them.

2. Edit the admin.properties file as outlined in 28706 and make sure you have the line "http.socket.timeout=6000000".

3. Restart the Jazz Team Server

4. Import the attached LPA Sample template following instructions from comments 4 - 6 of work item 29124.

5. Deploy the MtM Sample LPA project again.

There is also a defect that the MtM sample can only be deployed with all 4 apps (RM, QM, CCM, and DM). You can't deploy it with DM and 2 or 1 of the others.
