How can I pull a list of artifacts (plans, cases, scripts) filtering on some fields in RQM using REST?

Hello,

I want to pull a list of Test Plans filtering on the following using REST (in Poster):

- Modified between X and Y date/time

- 2 Custom Category Term/Value Pairs

Can someone provide some example URLs?
