DOORS NG 4.0.1: Locked by attribute

How can you tell if an artifact is locked in DOORS NG 4.0.1?  The documentation for DOORS NG 4.0.4 refers to a "Locked by" attribute, but this attribute doesn't seem to exist for 4.0.1  Is there some way to identify all the locked attributes and who has locked them?  If so, is there a way for Admin to override the lock and unlock it?  Please advise.  Thanks.

DOORS NG 4.0.3 and RRC 4.0.3 included a lot of improvements in this area.
