An error occurred while recording that the JazzHub Terms have been accepted

Hi, I am trying to get into the new JazzHub Beta 3 (https://hub.jazz.net/) and when I check the accept terms, I got the error from the subject: An error occurred while recording that the JazzHub Terms have been accepted. Please try again.

Do I need to follow any previous step?

The LDAP problems have been tamed, this should be working again.  Thanks for your patience.

A defect is being filed against JazzHub, I will inform you as soon as it is resolved.

The logs show some issues with LDAP, which are likely related to this problem.  We're looking into it.
