Creation of customized fields associated to a Test Plan template.

Dear all,
Is it possible to create some different customized fields associated to a Test Plan template (in the form of e.g. drop-down lists, text-free fields)? If affirmative, may I kindly ask you to enligthen me?

Shown below is one way of customizing test plan templates and making new fields available..

Here is more data on customizing, in general working with templates in RQM..
