Hi, you would have to use Active directory as LDAP. This is supported. https://jazz.net/library/article/831 uses this and shows how to set it up too.
If you want to have local users not in AD, maybe this provides a solution: https://jazz.net/library/article/457
In WAS you should be able to use a federated realm: https://jazz.net/library/article/97
However, I would rather have all users in AD/LDAP.
