How to create project area and checking the code

Hi

        I have installed Jazz/RTC/SHell/And VS Pluigin.

Kindly tell me what is the way to Create a Project , then Checkin Code and rest fo the ALM activities in IBM product.

Kindly Update me with complete help.

Creating a project area in RTC:

To check-in code, you first need to share it in jazz source control. For example create a Java project, right clock on it, and select Team->Share Project->Jazz Source Control. Go through the Wizard, and viola!

 Installations done.

When i open my Visual Studio 2010 it options for creating JAZZ Connection repository.


But forgot my Login/password:

Kindly help me to recover because i am stuck and can't create a repository that is the key to proceeed.
