In the open source project, naturally people looks for project information, such as "getting started", "project architecture", "How to obtain the source codes", or general guideline to contributing the projects. It requires collaboration space for the document.

I would be satisfied with a good way to present some information as HTML, or a HTML widget, on the project entry page that can be used to direct users to the right URL.

We have a work item opened to support wiki functionality, and I've added a comment to it indicating your support.  We also have a work item opened to add support for readme.md files where project specific information can be included.

In the meantime, you can provide some project information in the project's description.  To edit the project description, go to hub.jazz.net, click Explore Projects, find your project and click on it, and click on "Describe your project" toward the top of the right column.

When you are on this project details page, you can click on Track and Plan, Dashboards, and then your project's dashboard.  Here you can add widgets like the HTML widget to provide information.
