Is there a way to recover reports from a user's "My Folders" by an administrator of Insight?

We have some users that have left and we need to recover the reports they have written and stored in their My Folders.  I don't see a way as an Administrator to copy those reports to a public folder for example.

Hello David,

you can try the solution proposed in this technote:
How to access the My Folders of users using the administrative account
(Cognos 8.3 and 8.4 should apply to Insight as well)

Best Regards
Francesco

Hi Francesco

Thanks - it works great - would be nice if some admin stuff was put into the Insight Doc
