Can not create projet error instantiating the template

 Hello, 
after installing CLM 4.0.3 when I created a lifecycle project, I have this error message : Error instantiating the template : CRJCA003E. I looked the answer in forum "Jazz CLM - Create Lifecycle project - Error - Error instantiating the template: CRJCA0003E", but I don't resolved my problem.
Here extract of log :
Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org.apache.lucene.document.Fieldable
at java.lang.J9VMInternals.verifyImpl(Native Method)
at java.lang.J9VMInternals.verify(J9VMInternals.java:72)
at java.lang.J9VMInternals.initialize(J9VMInternals.java:134)
at

Is this a new installation of 4.0.3 (setup was run in this version)?

thanks for your answer
I solved my problem, I did not have the proper license.
I was a contributor license, I put a license analyst and I can create lyfecycle project.
