Error while attempting to register the applications - ID CRJAZ1726E
Hi everyone,
I want study the CLM but I'm facing problems to finish the setup. An error occurred while attempting to register the applications (ID CRJAZ1726E).
To be more specific, the problem occurred while attempting to register the ccm (Change and configuration management) and rm (Requirements management) applications.
Below you can find more details:
An error occurred communicating with the server at "https://localhost:9443/rm/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.setup.IRegistrationHandlerService". Verify that the server is available, and that there are no firewalls or other artifacts between these two endpoints that could present a confirmation dialog.ID CRJAZ2287E
I'm using Tomcat and installing on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 with 2,3GB (it's a virtual machine - VmWare Workstation). For your information, I have changed the -Xms, -Xmx parameters on server.startup.bat to 1GB.
Do you have any suggestion?

I don't think 1GB JVM heap is enough for running all the CLM applications. The applications would have a hard time to get ready due to memory starvation, and this could well be the reason you got "read timed out" errors. If you can't afford more memory on the machine, just start with JTS/CCM, or JTS/QM, or JTS/RM, but all of them together.
