Hello,

I am working with RQM 4.0.0.1 and I would like to know how to use Team Areas to limit visibility of test artifacts.  I have defined two Team Areas and I have associated a Test Case with one of them.  A resource that is not part of that Team Area can still view the artifact.

How do I set the Test Case to private so that only members of the Team Area associated to it can view it?

In RTC I can use Team Areas in conjunction with Categories to remove Work Items completely, even in queries.

Regards,

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

The visibility of a test artifact cannot be restricted by Team Areas, only permissions on operations.  For more information, see comment 4 of Support read access control on team area (74538).
