Updating Test Cases Doesn't seem to propogate to Test Suite

When my team updates meta data associated with a test case, like the owner, the changes do not get updated to the test suite the case is associated with. Should this be what I expect to occur?

Hi Brenda,

The owner column in test cases section in test suite editor, indicates the person responsible for executing the test case as part of test suite execution. This column is renamed to "Execution Owner" in RQM 4.0.1 release.
