how to Upgrade of Rational quality manager.

Currently i am using RQM v2.0.1.1 and i want to move my all stuff to RQM v4.0.1. so how to upgarde ?

 please help me.

 Gourav, Upgrading from version 2 to version 4 is a two-step process. You must first upgrade your server to version 3.0.1, then upgrade to version 4.0.

Please note, the RQM v2.0.1.1 install can still stay active while you upgrade, i.e., all RQM installs 2.x, 3.x and 4.x will be 3 separate installations.
Then you can use upgrade scripts to migrate data from  2.x to 3.x and 3.x to 4.x
