Where and how the mapping between Jazz Stream and ClearCase Stream is persisted for ClearCase connector? I think this mapping is required when a particular CC Stream is synchronized with Jazz Stream and vice-vers. but not sure from where this is picked on run time.

The mapping is persisted as a property on the Jazz stream. In general, we
keep as
much information as possible in Jazz as access is considerably faster.
