RQM log is too big

 The detailed logs in RQM are too big(20MB+). So facing issue while downloading and trying to go through all the screen shots in the log. Is there solution to download the detailed log in different format instead of .rftlog or possibility to split the log

What type of log files are you trying to download? Locations of RQM log files can be found here: https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/c_rqm_logfiles_loc.html?resultof=%22rqm%22%20%22log%22%20&scope=null.

If you are trying to access the System Log
(https://<hostname>:<port>/qm/events?maxResults=10&category=SystemLog), you can specify the number of results to return, such as 10 in this case, to limit the amount. (This is an RSS feed)

If you are trying to download the qm.log (or the jts.log), the format and type of logging is specified in the log4j.properties file located under the jts install directory /server/conf/qm/teamserver.properties.
It uses a rolling file appender to start a new log file when it reaches the specified max size. If you have edited this file to increase debug logging in the past to troubleshoot an issue, this can attribute to large log files.
