Is there a log of changes to a team area - e.g. who added members, who
added roles to existing members, who changed the team name etc?

Technically, this information is all available in the database, but we
don't have it exposed in an editor yet. The only changes to a team area
that you can currently browse are changes to the team area customization
(the team's process XML).
