JRS filter ordering is not predictable

The behavior you reported was seen only in Historical trend reports (the order matches in Current data reports). It seems the order is fixed (Limit the scope, File against, Priority ...) whatever the columns selected, as opposed to unpredictable. I see the same behavior in JRS 6.0.4 M1 as well, so unfortunately there is no control to change the order of columns, as of now.
