The collection can't be recorded into the test plan ?

i don't think that this question provides enough details to be answered. Without product tags it will probably not attract any user either. Version numbers and a small use case what you tried would be useful too.

HTTP 404 is a not found error. It seems that the test plan cannot be found -- I would recommend looking into your application logs for further information.
