Start build system as service

instead of running the jbe.exe with parameters in a CMD box when starting the build-server,

I prefer to run the build-listener as a service.

The service gets created successfully, but when I try running this service I get this error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Tried to expand the timeout, but that didn't help.

any ideas?
