Installation Problem : installing RSA on top of RTC 'Error during install phase'
Hi All,
I have a big problem. Installation of RSA can't finish because I have errors, "Failed to delete <RTC package directory>\jdk\jre\bin\classic" and the files are some .dll inside that jdk directory.
Is there a way to successfully install RSA on top of RTC?
Note: I must not uninstall RTC because it is installed on a very busy server.

I solved the issue. I just needed to kill some process running from RTC.
