Error RSV-SRV-0085 when running sample reports in Rational Reporting

I have installed RRDI and when trying to run a sample report I get the error RSV-SRV-0085. Details shows the following:
RSV-SRV-0042 Rastreo:RSReportService.cpp(752): RSException: CCL_CAUGHT: RSReportService::process()RSReportServiceMethod.cpp(263): RSException: CCL_RETHROW: RSReportServiceMethod::process(): asynchRun_RequestRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(808): RSException: RSASyncExecutionThread::checkExceptionRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(260): RSException: CCL_CAUGHT: RSASyncExecutionThread::runImpl(): asynchRun_RequestRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(864): RSException: CCL_RETHROW: RSASyncExecutionThread::processCommand(): asynchRun_RequestRSCapabilitiesManager.cpp(606): RSException: CCL_THROW: RSCapabilitiesManager::throwCapabilitiesException()

The same problem happens with every sample report I have tryed.
Any hints?

Could it be related to the issue described in this tech note
