Cannot connect to the jazz repositories

The IBM Installation Manager cannot connect to the jazz repositories this morning. Is there a problem?

It is not just you. I just tried this - and can't see the jazz repositories either.

I am being prompted to do an update on Installation Manager - I am letting that happen now, and I will see if that makes a difference.
