com.ibm.rqm.reports.templates.jar plugin

I dont have acces as administrator to Jazz server, so i can not get the com.ibm.rqm.reports.templates.jar, can anyone provide me this plugin?

 If you download the server install for the version you are using it should have that plugin.

In 4.0.1 it will be 
<installroot>/server/conf/qm/sites/rqm-update-site/plugins/com.ibm.rqm.reports.templates_4.0.1.v20121107_0935.jar
