I'm doing queries with RPE but I can't see under Testcase section if there is any field related with the fulltag

I suppose you're using RQM/ReqPro integration, is it correct? Can you derive the FullTag from any of the available attributes? If not, you probably need to retrieve the link to the ReqPro requirement and follow the link to get the details from ReqPro data service. RQM no longer exposes requirement details via REST API.
